List of Ingredients 1 lb. round steak, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
2 T fat
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
6 oz. fresh mushrooms, quartered
1 cup sour cream
10 1/2 oz. can tomato soup
1 T Worcestershire sauce
3 drops Tobasco Sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
8 oz. package spaghetti, cooked
Parmesan cheese for sprinkling
Description Season meat with salt and pepper. Brown meat in fat, remove from pan. Add onions and garlic and cook til tender; add mushrooms and cook til slightly tender.

Combine sour cream, soup, Worcestershire and Tobasco. Place in pan with onion/mushroom mixture and add meat. Simmer for about an hour or til meat is tender.

Serve over spaghetti, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
