1/2 lb. lean pork, cubed
1/2 lb. lean beef, cubed
1 lb. sauerkraut
1 large onion
1 cup sour cream
3 T butter
1 tsp. paprika
salt and pepper
3/4 cup water
dumplings or noodles, cooked
Description
Brown onion in butter; add paprika and blend. Add water and meat; simmer until meat is tender, adding water as needed.
Add sauerkraut and mix well. Remove from heat and add sour cream and dumplings or noodles.

Notes
After browning onions and paprika, they can be put in crockpot with meat, water and sauerkraut on low for 4 to 6 hours or until meat is tender.
