List of Ingredients 12 oz. roll of sausage, regular or lowfat
6 slices bread, crust removed
6 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. water
1/2 c. milk
1 package McCormick Original or Sausage Country Gravy Mix
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 T. melted butter, optional

Description Cook and crumble sausage til brown, stirring occasionally. Drain on paper towel and spread over bottom of a lightly greased 11\\" X 8\\" baking dish.

Cut bread in 1 inch cubes and set aside.

Whisk together eggs, water, milk and gravy mix. Sprinkle cheese over sausage and pour mixture over cheese. Arrange bread cubes evenly over mixture. Drizzle with butter, if desired. Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at 325 degrees, uncover, 40 minutes or til knife inserted in center comes out clean. Or, cover and refrigerate overnite. Bake 50 minutes, uncovered. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
