Name Spicy Chipotle-Seasoned Nuts

2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp. ground chipotle chile powder

1 tsp. snipped fresh rosemary

1 tsp. water]

1/2 tsp. celery salt

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1 1/2 cups dry-roasted cashews, unsalted pumpkin seeds (pepitas) and/or peanuts

coarse, kosher or sea salt
Description Line a 13 X 9-inch baking pan with foil; coat with nonstick cooking spray.



In a small saucepan, combine butter, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, rosemary, water, celery salt and garlic powder.  Cook and stir over low heat until butter melts.  Simmer over very low heat 2 minutes to combine flavors.  



Stir in nuts and spread in even layer in prepared pan.  Bake at 325 degrees F. for 15 to 20 minutes or until nuts are toasted, stirring twice.  If desired, sprinkle 1/2 tsp. kosher salt, sea salt or coarse salt over warm nuts, stirring to coat.



Remove foil with nuts from pan; set aside to cool.  Store in airtight contain or bag up to 2 weeks.
