List of Ingredients 4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 to 3 T. margarine
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 T. green pepper
4 celery stalks, thinly sliced
1 T. chopped parsley
3 c. chicken broth
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 c. orzo noodles (uncooked)
Description Brown chicken in margarine in pan with a cover. Add onion, garlic, green pepper, celery and parsley. Cook few minutes more. Add broth and tomato sauce; cover and cook approximately one hour (til chicken is tender). Set chicken aside and keep warm.

Meanwhile, spray a 2 quart casserole with cooking spray; add uncooked orzo and all liquid from chicken, including vegetables. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. About 10 minutes before removing from oven, add chicken.
