List of Ingredients 2 1/2 to 3 lbs. chicken, cut up
1/3 c. flour
2 T. oil
2 medium onions, sliced
1 1/2 c. water
1 bouillon cube
1 tsp. salt
1 T. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
Description Coat chicken with flour and reserve remaining flour. In skillet over medium heat, in hot oil, cook chicken til browned on all sides, about 7 to 10 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet.

To oil in skillet, add remaining flour and onions; cook, stirring constantly for 2 minutes. Stir in water, bouillon, salt, paprika and pepper. Return chicken to skillet; cover and reduce heat to medium, simmer 25 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender, turning once.

Remove chicken to large platter. Spoon fat from gravy in pan and stir in sour cream til blended.
