List of Ingredients 2 lbs frozen large, shell-on shrimp
2 gallons water
1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp black pepper
2 lbs smoked sausage, cut into 1 1/2 inch chunks
2 lbs tiny potatoes
5 ears of corn, husked and cut into chunks
1 16 oz package frozen Pearl Onions, thawed
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup snipped fresh herbs, such as basil, oregano and/or tarragon
Cocktail sauce
Description Thaw shrimp if frozen. Peel and devein shrimp, leaving tails intact. Rinse and pat dry.

In large pot or turkey fryer with basket, combine next three ingredients (through pepper). Cover; bring to boil. Place next 4 ingredients (through onions) in pot. Return to boiling, lower heat. Simmer, covered, 10-15 minutes until potatoes and corn are tender. Add shrimp. Cook, covered, 2-3 minutes more or until shrimp are opaque.

Drain mixture. Transfer to an extra-large bowl or rimmed cookie sheet. Toss gently with melted butter, and, if desired, herbs. Serve with cocktail sauce.
