1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 T onion soup mix (1 packet)
1 can beef broth
1 T quick-cooking tapioca
1 lb beef stew meat (1 inch cubes)
Sprinkle of dried onions (optional)
Can of mushrooms (optional)
Hot noodles or mashed potatoes
Description
In Crock Pot, combine soup, soup mix, broth and tapioca; let stand 15 minutes. Stir in beef. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or til meat tender. Add mushrooms the last hour of cooking. Serve over noodles/potatoes.
