List of Ingredients 2 lbs. ground turkey

1 egg white

1/3 cup barbecue sauce

1/3 cup water

1/2 cup finely chopped bell pepper

1/2 cup finely chopped sweet onion

1/2 cup finely chopped mushrooms

1/2 tsp. kosher salt

1/2 tsp. ground black pepper

1/3 to 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
Description Preheat oven to 350 degreees.  Combine meat, egg white, barbecue sauce and water; mix well.  Stir in peppers, onions, mushrooms, salt and pepper.  Slowly add bread crumbs and mix just to thicken the loaf.  The mixture should be moist and thick, but not firm and dry. 



Line and 11 X 4 inch baking pan or a 9 X 5 inch loaf pan with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick spray.  Place the meat mixture into the pan and smooth out the top.  Bake until cooked through, about 50 minutes.  Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes I used homemade barbecue sauce from ribs and also glazed the top with a little extra sauce.  Delicious!
