List of Ingredients 2 - 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained

16 oz. can Barbecue Baked Beans

9 oz. jar mango chutney

1 cup mango nectar

1/2 cup hoisin sauce

2 T. honey

1 T. Jamaican jerk seasoning

 3 lbs. boneless country-style pork ribs, cut into serving size portions
Description In a 5-quart slow cooker, combine beans, chutney, nectar, hoisin, sauce, honey and half of the jerk seasoning.  Sprinkle ribs with remaining seasoning and add to slow cooker.  Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or until meat is tender.
Time 10 minutes prep plus 8 hours cooking

Notes I would be sure and cover ribs with bean mixture to keep them moist and flavorful.
