Name Sauteed Tilapia with Honey-Scallion Dressing

List of Ingredients Dressing:

2 1/2 T fresh lemon juice

2 T chopped green onions

1 T honey

1 T low-sodium soy sauce

1 tsp. fresh ginger

1/2 tsp. dark sesame oil



Fish:

1 T canola oil

4 tilapia fillets

1/2 tsp salt

1/8 tsp black pepper

4 cups gourmet salad greens
Description To prepare dressing, combine dressing ingredients and stir well with a whisk.



To prepare fish, heat conola oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.  Sprinkle fish evenly with salt and pepper.  Add fish to pan; cook 3 minutes on ech side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork or until desired degree of doneness.  Arrange 1 cup greens on each of 4 plates.  Top each with 1 fillet and drizzle with 2 T. dressing.
