List of Ingredients 2 c Sliced Mushrooms (8 oz)
2 1/2 T flour or cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
1 (14 oz) can beef broth
Description Add mushrooms to pan; saute 3 minutes. Combine 2 1/2 T flour or starch, 1/4 tsp salt, and broth, stirring with a whisk. Add broth mixture to pan. Bring to a boil; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Notes Serve over country fried steaks and mashed potatoes. Prepare this sauce in the skillet in which steaks were cooked to get all the crispy fried pieces in the sauce! Yum!!!
