This is a foodnetwork.com recipe from Michael Chiarello. He claims that it is worth the extra money to buy heirloom varieties of the fruits, although you can use any citrus you have on hand. This was served at Claire's second birthday party and was a HUGE hit. I had to make it 3-4 times throughout the party (Even sent Elliot to the store to buy more wine). You can just use regular sugar and send it through the food processor to "super-fine" it up. Just want it small so it dissolves in the brandy!
