Name Honey and Pecan-Glazed Salmon

List of Ingredients 1/4 cup honey

4 tsp. finely chopped pecans

1 T. low-sodium soy sauce

4 - 6 oz. salmon fillets

1/4 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. black pepper
Description

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.



Combine first 3 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag.  Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper; add to bag, and seal.  marinate in refrigerator 15 minutes.



Remove fish and nuts from bag, reserving marinade.  Place fish, skin sides down, on a foil-lined broiler pan, and top with nuts.



Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting fish twice with reserved marinade while baking.
