1 loaf frozen bread dough
1 3-3/4 oz. package butterscotch pudding
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 T. margarine
Description
Thaw bread dough in refrigerator overnight.
Quarter loaf lengthwise; cut each quarter into 8 cubes (making 32 pieces).
Combine pudding, brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon. Dip each cube in melted butter; then roll in pudding mixture. Place in greased ring mold(6 cup capacity), in three layers. Drizzle with remaining margarine and sprinkle with any remaining pudding mixture. Cover and let rise in warm place til nearly double (about 1 to 1 1/2 hours).
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Let stand in pan for a few minutes before inverting onto serving plate.

Notes
The pudding is cook and serve, not instant.
I use a combination of peanuts and walnuts.
