2 Tbsp quick-cooking rolled oats
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco sauce to taste
4 oat-bran buns
Description
In a large skillet, cook the beef, onion, and green pepper until the beef is brown. Drain the fat and stir in the remaining ingredients, along with 1/4 cup of water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer uncovered for 5 to 10 minutes. Slop on a bun.
