1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 T. margarine, softened
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 cups Raisin Bran cereal
2 1/4 cups bread flour
2 1/4 tsp. yeast
1/2 to 3/4 raisins
Description
In bread machine pan, place first 8 ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. Select basic setting for a 1-1/2 lb. loaf.
Check dough after 5 minutes of mixing and add 1 to 2 T. water or flour, if needed. When machine signals, add raisins.
