List of Ingredients 1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed in refrigerator
1 beaten egg
1 T. olive oil
8 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
1 small onion, chopped
1 small yellow or green pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
1/4 c. pesto sauce
1 large tomato, chopped
1 c. mozzarella cheese, sliced or shredded
Description Press dough into 10-inch springform pan, greased. Prick crust and brush with beaten egg. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or til brown.

Meanwhile, stir fry chicken, onion, pepper and lemon pepper over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes or til chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are crisp-tender.

Spread pesto on crust. Top with chicken mixture, tomatoes, and mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes more or til heated through and cheese melts.

Remove from pan, place on serving platter. Cut in wedges.
