12 bacon strips, diced
1 loaf (1 lb) frozen bread dough, thawed
2 T Olive Oil, divided
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 envelope (1 ounce) dry ranch dressing mix
Description
In a skillet, cook bacon over medium heat for 5 minutes or until partially cooked; drain on paper towels. Roll out dough to 1/2 inch thickness; bruch with 1 T oil. Cut into 1 inch pieces; place in large bowl. Add bacon, cheese, dressing mix and remaining T oil. Toss to coat.
Arrange pieces in a 9x5 inch oval on greased baking sheet, layering as needed. Cover and let rise in warm place for 30 minutes or until doubled.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Cover with foil; bake anothr 5-10 until golden brown.

Notes
You don\\'t need 12 pieces of bacon, I use 6-8; if you have pre-cooked and pre-crumbled bacon, go for it (way easier).
Mine never doubles in size in 30 minutes. I\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'m considering eliminating the rising entirely to see what happens.
