Name Microwave Meat Loaf Number of People 6 List of Ingredients 1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 small onion, finely chopped 1/3 c. bread crumbs 1 egg 1/4 c. milk salt and pepper Topping: 1/2 c. ketchup 2 T. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. dry mustard Description Mix first 6 ingredients together. Form into a round loaf and place in microwave-safe pie plate. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high for 12 minutes, turning once. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before draining any accumulated fat. Mix topping ingredients well and spoon over loaf. Microwave for 2 additional minutes on high. Serve.
