List of Ingredients 5 medium Klondike Rose Potatoes, cut into wedges
juice from 1 lemon (3 T.)
2 small cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
2 Tbsp. diet margarine
grated peel of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
Description Cook potatoes in boiling water with 2 T. lemon juice and garlic in a covered skillet for 20 minutes or until tender.

Remove potatoes from pan and drain well. In same skillet, saute green onions in margarine; add lemon peel and dill weed. Return potatoes to skillet and add remaining 1 T. lemon juice. Heat potatoes to serving temperature.
