1/2 lb. Italian sausage
1 tsp. dry oregano
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pkg. refrigerator biscuits
1 can tomato paste
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Description
Brown sausage and drain. Add oregano and garlic.
On greased baking sheet, flatten biscuits to 4 inch circles using a floured custard cup or glass. Be sure to leave a rim. Fill each with tomato paste and then sausage. Sprinkle with cheeses and bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.
Serve hot.
