List of Ingredients	2 lbs. pork steak, cut in 1" squares 2 T canola oil 1 envelope brown gravy mix 3/4 cup water 1/4 cup honey 3 T. soy sauce 2 T. red wine vinegar 1 tsp. ginger 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 4 carrots, thinly sliced 1 medium onion, thinly sliced 1 green pepper, thinly sliced cooked rice
Description	Brown pork in oil in large skillet, stirring frequently, about 15 minutes. Combine gravy mix, water, honey, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger and garlic salt. Add to skillet, cover and cook 20 minutes. Add carrots and cook 10 minutes. Add onion and pepper and cook 5 to 10 minutes. Serve over rice
