1 8-oz. package cream cheese, softened (may use lowfat)
1 c. sour cream
1 4-oz. package dried beef, finely chopped
1 T. dry minced onion (moisten according to package directions)
1/4 tsp. each white pepper and garlic salt
1/2 c. chopped pecans, optional
Description
Beat cream cheese with sour cram til light and fluffy. Stir in beef, onion, pepper and garlic salt. Turn into a shallow baking dish (glass pie plate works well). (May be prepared in advance up to this point and refrigerated til ready to serve.)
Sprinkle with pecans, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with Friitos or favorite dipping chip.
