List of Ingredients 1 8-oz. can unmarinated artichoke hearts
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. grated Parmesan
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 T. parsley flakes
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. onion flakes
8 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 can mushroom pieces
Description Pull artichokes apart and drain.

Mix with rest of ingredients and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

Serve with crackers.
