Name Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms

List of Ingredients 1 pkg. fresh mushrooms
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 pkg. imitation crab meat, chopped
8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1 T. garlic
Description Pop out muchroom stems and chop (reserve caps). Saute stems, onion and crab meat in butter. Add cream cheese to hot mixture. Remove from heat. Add bread crumbs (enough to thicken mixture). Add garlic and stir.

Stuff caps, using all of the mixture. Bake in covered shallow pan at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes. or until tops are lightly crisp (middle should remain moist).
