2 T Dijon-style coarse ground mustard
2 tsp. honey
1 lb. ground turkey
2 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1 tsp. chopped fresh tarragon
1 tsp. bottled hot pepper sauce
4 sandwich buns split and toasted
4 lettuce leaves
Description
Stir together mustard and honey, set aside.
Combine turkey, blue cheese, red onion, tarragon and hot pepper sauce. Shape mixture into 4 thick patties.
Grill patties on greased rack of a covered grill directly over medium heat for 12 to 15 minutes or until 165 degrees F., turning once. Serve on buns with lettuce and drizzled with mustard-honey mixture. Garnish with any extra tarragon leaves, if desired.
