3 T. mayonnaise
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. vinegar
1 T. dill relish
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
paprika, optional
Description
Place eggs in enough cold water to cover completely, bring to a rolling boil over high heat; then reduce heat to a lower boil and cook an additional 12 minutes. Promptly chill eggs in ice water to help keep yolks a bright yellow.
Remove shells from eggs and halve lengthwise with a knife. Carefully remove yolks and place in a medium bowl. Mash yolks with a fork. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Lightly spoon mixture back into egg white halves and garnish with a light sprinkling of paprika, if desired.
Refrigerate until served.
