Name Cranberry Jello Mold

List of Ingredients 2 small packages strawberry jello
1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatine
1 20 ounce can crushed pineapple
1 can whole cranberry sauce
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 bag miniature marshmallows
1 pint whipping cream

Description Drain pineapple and reserve juice. Add enough hot water to pineapple juice to make 3 3/4 cups liquid. Use this liquid to dissolve all gelatine; add pineapple and cranberry sauce. Pour into large ring mold which has been sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate overnight.

Meanwhile, beat cream cheese til soft and fold in marshmallows. Pour whippine cream over cheese and marshmallows and marinate overnight.

Next day, whip cream and marshmallow mixture. Unmold jello and fill center with topping.
