Name Monster Cookies Number of People 12 List of Ingredients 6 eggs 2 c. brown sugar 2 c. white sugar 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 tsp. maple syrup 4 tsp. baking soda 2 sticks margarine, softened 3 c. peanut butter 9 c. quick oats 1/2 lb. chocolate chips 1 c. raisins or M&M\\'s Description Cream butter and sugars. Add peanut butter, vanilla, syrup, eggs and baking soda; mix well. Stir in by hand, oatmeal and raisins or M&M\\'s. Use a scant 1/4 c. dough for each cookie. Place on ungreased baking sheet (no more than 6 or 8 per sheet) and flatten slightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Time 1 hour 30 minutes Difficulty (1-5) 2 Notes Watch carefully while baking, they burn quickly. Makes about 4 dozen BIG cookies. Kids love them, especially with M&M\\'s. Image
