Name Peanut Butter Fingers

List of Ingredients Cookies:
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 T. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. margarine, softened
1 egg
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt

Glaze:
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
3 T. milk, approximately
Description Dissolve yeast in warm water. Mix in sugars, egg, peanut butter, margarine and shortening til smooth. Stir in flour, soda and salt. Cover and refrigerate til chilled, at least 30 minutes.

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Shape dough by teaspoonfuls into 2 1/2 inch fingers on ungreased sheets. Bake til light brown, about 8 minutes; cool.

Meanwhile, stir together glaze ingredients. Add extra milk, if needed, 1/2 teaspoon at a time until dipping consistency. Dip one end of each cooled cookie finger til coated.

Notes Can drop cookies instead onto cookie sheets and place a Herhsey Kiss in center of each cookie as they come out of oven.
