Herbed Green Beans and Carrots

2 T butter
8 oz. fresh green beans, trimmed
4 carrots, cut into slim sticks
salt and pepper
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup chopped chives
1 T fresh tarragon, chopped
2 tsp. white wine vinegar (plus a little for drizzling)
1 tsp. sugar
Description
Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add beans and carrots; season with salt and pepper. Add broth and reduce heat to medium, cover and simmer until tender, about 6 minutes. Add chives, tarragon, vinegar and sugar; cook 3 more minutes.

I drizzled a little more vinegar over finished veggies. I also used 1 tsp. dried tarragon in place of fresh.
