Name Roasted Asparagus with Dijon-Lemon Sauce

List of Ingredients 2 lbs. asparagus spears, trimmed
4 tsp. extra virgin olive oil, divided
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp grated lemon rind
2 T fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 T chopped fresh parsley
Description Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Combine asparagus, 2 tsp. oil, rind, juice, mustard and pepper in small bowl and stir with whisk. Arrange asparagus on a platter; drizzle with juice mixture and sprinkle with parsley.
