List of Ingredients 10 oz. fresh English peas, washed and cleaned
1/4 cups finely minced onion or shallot
2 T olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Description In a saucepan, saute minced onion in olive oil.

Drop peas into boiling water and cook for no more than 90 seconds, drain and add to onions. Stir and season to taste.
