Mashed Potato Casserole

5 lb. potatoes, peeled and cut up
1 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
8 oz. package cream cheese
1/4 - 1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup chives (optional)
1 T. butter

Cook potatoes until tender; drain. Place in large mixer bowl and beat until light. Add cream cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper until smooth. Stir in chopped chives and dot with butter; sprinkle with paprika. Place in large 10-cup casserole and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
