Name Zesty Sausage Cups

List of Ingredients 1 lb. hot Italian sausage
2 T. butter
6 green onions including greens, finely chopped
1/2 cup canned mushrooms, finely chopped
1/4 cup pimento stuffed green olives, finely chopped
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 T. flour
2 cups whipping cream
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
4 pkg. frozen mini phylo cups
Description Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a skillet, brown and break up the sausage. Drain and place on paper towel and pat to remove excess grease.

Melt butter in skillet and sauté green onions until soft. Add mushrooms, olives, salt and pepper. Sprinkle flour and stir well. Pour in cream and bring to boil, stirring constantly. Add sausage and reduce heat, stir until mixture thickens.

Fill phylo cups and sprinkle Parmesan on top. Bake 10 minutes and serve hot.
