List of Ingredients 24 oz. pitted olives (we prefer kalamata), reserve brine

3/4 c. chopped sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil, reserve oil

Crusty bread or endive for serving
Description Put olives and tomatoes in food processor until evenly chunky,  If too dry, add small amounts of brine or reserved olive oil.  Chill.

Serve with crusty bread and/or endive leaves.
