Name Baked Cajun Catfish Number of People 4 List of Ingredients 4 catfish filets, thawed 1 T. vegetable or olive oil 1/4 tsp. hot sauce 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. thyme 1/4 tsp. cayenne 1/4 tsp. black pepper Description Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine oil and hot sauce. Brush evenly over filets. Combine seasonings and sprinkle evenly over filets. Place fish in baking pan sprayed with cooking spray.
