Name Tuna with White Beans and Onions

List of Ingredients 16 oz. can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained

12 oz. can olive-oil packed light tuna, drained

1 red onion, chopped

1/4 cup dry red wine

2 T chopped fresh sage, or 2 tsp. dried

2 T fresh lemon juice

2 tsp. balsamic vinegar

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp. olive oil

1/4 tsp. sugar

1/4 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Description In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients.  Refrigerate, covered, until the flavors are blended, at least 2 hours.
