List of Ingredients 4 tilapia filets (about 6 oz. each)

3 T butter, melted

3 T lemon juice

1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/8 tsp. salt

2 T capers, drained

1/2 tsp. dried oregano

1/8 tsp. paprika
Description Place tilapia in an ungreased 13X9-inch baking dish.  In a small bowl, combine butter, lemon juice, garlic powder and salt; pour over filets.  Sprinkle with capers, oregano and paprika.



Bake, uncovered, at 425 degrees F for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
