Name Creole Chicken with Rice

List of Ingredients 1 pkg. precut chicken cubes
black pepper
5 T. olive oil
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 c. green or red pepper, chopped
2 c. chicken broth
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. cayenne
1 can tomato sauce
Description Sprinkle chicken with black pepper and saute in 1 T. olive oil. Remove chicken and add 4 T. olive oil and flour. Brown flour, add broth, chopped vegetables, tomato sauce and spices. Cook until onion is tender. Add chicken and heat thoroughly.

Serve over cooked rice.
