8 oz. penne pasta
2 T. flour
1 to 2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
2 T. olive oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 jar tomato basil pasta sauce
Description
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Combine flour, pepper and oregano in paper bag. Add chicken and shake. Brown chicken in olive oil until cooked through. Remove chicken and drain on paper towels. Drain excess oil from pan and add pasta sauce. Heat until bubbly; add chicken, cover and cook 5 more minutes.
Serve over hot pasta. Garnish with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
