Name Mediterranean Tuna Salad

List of Ingredients 4 tsp. olive oil

4 tsp. red wine vinegar

12 oz. canned tuna in water, drained and flaked

1/3 cup roughly chopped sun-dried tomatoes

1/4 cup sliced kalamata olives

1/4 cup finely chopped red onion

2 tsp. capers

1/4 cup freshly ground black pepper
Description Combine olive oil and red wine vinegar; set aside.



Combine tuna and rest of ingredients.  Pour olive oil/vinegar mixture over tuna and serve immediately.
