Name 3-Ingredient Skillet Goat Cheese

List of Ingredients 2 cups marinara sauce
8 oz. goat cheese, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, cut into thin strips
French bread, crostini or bagel chips for dipping.
Description Heat marinara sauce in skillet over medium heat 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until warmed through.

Reduce heat to medium-low; place goat cheese rounds on top of sauce and heat 10 to 15 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is softened. If necessary, cover to prevent sauce from spattering.

Top with fresh basil before serving, serve warm.

Notes Jazz up by adding a drizzle of olive oil or balsamic vinegar, or kalamata olives, roasted garlic or crushed red pepper flakes to the sauce.
