2 8-oz. cream cheese, softened
2 Bob Evans Italian sausage
1 cup grated Parmesan
few red pepper flakes (optional)
jalapenos and/or mini bell peppers and/or phyllo cups
Description
Brown sausage, be sure to chop well while cooking. Drain, if necessary. While still very warm add cream cheese and Parmesan and stir until melted. If desired, add red pepper flakes.
Clean and seed all peppers and slice horizontally. Fill and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm and enjoy!
