Name Baked Brie Number of People 8 List of Ingredients Brie Honey Pecans, toasted Description Preheat oven to 375 degrees (convection to 340 degrees). Unwrap brie and place in ovenproof ceramic dish. Cut a 2" cross into top of cheese. Place dish on a baking sheet in center of oven. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and peel back the rind and stir to ensure cheese is smooth and lump free. If not, place back in oven for another 5 minutes; stir. When smooth, drizzle with honey and top with pecans; place back in over for another 5 minutes.
