List of Ingredients 12 oz. haricots verts (or french-cut green beans)
1/4 cu water
2 tsp. olive oil
2 small lemons
5 tsp. olive oil
1 T capers, drained and chopped
2 T crumbled feta cheese
2 T fresh chives
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Description Combine beans and water in microwaveable bowl; cover with plastic wrap and microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes; drain.

Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Halve lemons, cook, cut side down until lightly charred, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat; set lemons aside.

Combine 5 tsp olive oil with capers and beans in skillet. Squeeze lemons over mixture; toss to coat. Sprinkle with feta, chives and black pepper.
