Stir-Fried Pork with Oranges and Snow Peas

1 cup uncooked rice
1 T vegetable oil
1 lb. lean boneless pork,cut into 1/4-inch wide strips
1/2 lb. snow peas, trimmed
1/2 cup bottled stir-fry sauce
2 T frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
11 oz. can mandarin orange sections, drained

Cook rice according to package directions.
Heat oil in wok or large skillet over high heat until hot. Stir fry pork 3 minutes or until brown.
Add snow peas; stir fry 2 to 4 minutes or until crisp tender. Add stir fry sauce and juice concentrate; stir until well blended. Gently stir in orange sections. Serve with rice.

Fast and easy! Frozen orange juice concentrate can be scooped and measure when frozen. No need to thaw entire can.
For cooking exchange, just sent oranges to add after heating.
