Name Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

List of Ingredients 1 T. garlic powder

1 T. onion powder

1/2 tsp. sea salt

1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

3 lbs. small red potatoes

2 to 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
Description Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Line a baking pan with parchment paper.



Combine garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.



Scrub potatoes and cut into quarters.  Transfer to a large bowl and toss with 2 T. water.  Sprinkle with garlic mixture, tossing well to coat.  Strip the leaves from the rosemary sprigs, add to the potatoes and toss once again.



Spread out potatoes on the pan.  Roast for 20 minutes, turn and orast for 20 minutes longer, until browned and crisp on the outside.
