2 celery stalks, chopped
2 carrots, grated
1 T butter
2 cans chicken broth
3 cans cream of potato soup
1 1/2 c cheddar, grated
1 c sour cream
hot pepper sauce
salt and pepper
Description
In large pan, melt butter. Saute celery and carrots. Add broth - simmer on low for 20 minutes. Add soup, cheese, and sour cream. Cook on medium-low for 15 minutes. Finish with salt, pepper and hot sauce to taste. Serve with loaf of crusty French bread.
